Mother nature is unpredictable. If renting sound equipment, consider adding a tent to your order in case of rain. Most equipment is not weatherproof and rain can disrupt or potentially cancel your event. Having one or several tents can allow for the equipment to continue to operate.

With outdoor events, power is one of the main concerns. If the venue provides outdoor power like a rooftop bar for example, our techs can seamlessly complete any setup using the venue's source. But for events in Times Square for example, power needs to be provided with generators. Our generators can power 95% of the equipment we stock.
